One Small Habit That Can Change Everything

It is so easy to become lazy. Laziness is the official superpower of our society. Through the busy lifestyle we all live it is not easy to balance work, family, friends, and most importantly your health. So what can we do to stay healthy through even the busiest of days? Well here you will find one simple habit that can change your physical, mental and emotional well being.


No matter where you are or what you are doing, always remember you have the ability to stand up and walk. Walking is still a form of exercise. Working long shifts? Stuck at work and can't make it to the gym? Take your 5 to 10 minute breaks seriously and get up to walk around. This creates blood flow through your muscles and essential allows for you to burn some calories throughout the day. Although you may not be burning 500 calories on a walk...progress is still something we want to see. So I challenge you to take advantage of your legs and get up every hour during your shift to walk at the very least 5 minutes each hour. Baby steps like this can lead to even bigger habits in the future!
